Who's the guy doing trail work on Nicoles?

Who's the guy that was working on Nicoles last week in the evenings ?
Implied that he was employed by the City of Burnaby but was doing the trail work of his own volition?
Indicated a peripheral awareness of the BMBA but seemed to be quite knowledgeable about trail maintenance/erosion issues.

From what I've seen he's been doing alot valuable erosion reclamation work on Nicoles.
Seems like a bit of a free for all on that mtn. No wonder the City of Burnaby's getting nervous.
Some people oughta' start exercising a little self control lest they screw it up for all of us.

It's probably Jim. He's been working on the mountain for ages. He also works for the City.
Lots of his work is very well built and he's a BMBA member, though the building he does is not recognized by the city or the BMBA, even if it is very well done.
