Are we still aiming for October 26th? Has anyone booked the library yet? I need to confirm the details so that I can send this poster over to cam@nsmb.com.

I don't see why not. As Directors I think we should all be there for the electoral process. I'll get around to calling the other guys to se if monday works.

I booked the 26th at the Library the day after the meeting at Starbucks.
6:30 pm.
We have to be out of there by 8:45 pm.

good to see things are moving along. If someone wanted to get involved in this group what positions are available. I see on website list of directors and positions any more help needed or will this get decided at agm.

Sent this around. I mentioned to everyone they can sign up at the door for membership as discussed at the meeting. Hopefully that is still the case.

We'll need to make sure that this website provides information for those wishing to nominate themselves or others for the Director positions. The acting Directors will be discussing this item on Wednesday.

We have been in touch with the new bike shop at SFU and are in the process of contacting John Henry Bikes and some of the other local bike shops in regards to BMBA and upcoming meeting. If anyone else knows of any other contacts please post on board or forward on info to them in regards to AGM.
