Set to open April 15.

One of my favourite features at the park is the slalom style pump track. It is a great help while training for the season, and working to perfect specific skills such as cornering. The current track is in very poor condition, and many of the corners do not line up which was a mistake while being built. The course also takes a beating under the wet weather with water carving through it, making the last portion un-ridable. Perhaps the city would consider constructing a longer course which runs along the side of the bigger jumps in the upper park. I know there are some beginner style obstacles currently in that region of the park, but those could be moved down to where the old track used to be?

It would be great for the city to consider this! The Whistler slalom track is always a great hit with riders!
