I'm just wondering if there is some way to ease the erosion that occurs after a rain.

You knows those big muddy, water-filled potholes that form right smack in the middle of a trail, usually just below a drop.

Just wondering if there is some sort of protocol one can follow to perhaps repair or limit the erosion in these water-filled potholes.

Everyone loves a little mud, but I'd hate for some one to spill coming off a drop into an unseen puddle and catch a front wheel on a hidden root or rock.

I know the trail days are coming (always fun), but in the mean time... I'd willingly cart fresh dirt/sand/rip-rap up and tamp it in.

Otherwise let us know when those mid-weeks repairs are happening...
