BARNET BIKE PARK MAINTENANCE
Submitted by Evan on Mon, 06/16/2008 - 18:05In desperate need.
I would hate to see all the money invested into the park go right down the tubes because of its awful condition
ex. right now.

A good loop, and a new member.
Submitted by chicken sashimi on Mon, 06/09/2008 - 14:31Hi BMBA,
Great website... love the new look.. i figured what better time to register than to co-inside with this slick new interface?
Anyways, i'm a Burnaby Local living near lougheed mall. I ride an '07 NORCO Six Two which i am VERY pleased with. This is my first REAL mountain bike and it has really taken my riding and courage to new levels. I always enjoy riding SFU mountain. Just discovered northroad trail a couple weekends ago....good times!

Bby Mtn Bike Park
Submitted by ToddT on Fri, 06/06/2008 - 13:56I finally got to ride @ the bike park. The conditions were pretty poor - alot of rain has caused mud puddles and the ground to be quite soft.
So, the table top jumps @ the bottom were too soft to ride, but the drops @ the top of the park were excellent! I'm used to hucking drops rather than table tops anyway so I had a great time launching off the drops and then blasting through the rock garden area.
The wooden pump track is pretty fun, but really hard to do on a bigger FS bike.
The log rides/skinnies and teeters are also great - nice progressions for all lines.
