Was riding today and "noticed" a loose rung on the ground-level ladder just before the elevated ladder as I was riding north on this trail. It had been nailed but had come detached and someone just put it back on the stringers loose. I rode on the outside of the ladder and the rung flipped up, immediately swallowing my front wheel and launching me.

Next time someone is up that way, take a hammer and a couple of nails.
