Future Transport on Burnaby Mountain

I thought this would be of interest. My sister's boyfriend is in the final stages of preparing a report commissioned by UniverCity about potentially replacing bus service up and down the mountain with an aerial tram/gondola hybrid. Picture a super-sized Whistler gondola able to seat 30 people as well as room in the center for bicycle accessibility - I asked how many, and it seemed like 3-4 at a time would be a good guess.
