If it is on the North side, expect a lot more traffic as people try to take a short cut around the rail.

There is a down-sloping ladder bridge towards the end of the trail, after the rock garden-ish parts, that need some serious drainage improvement.

A huge puddle has developed at the base of the ladder, and riding into it is like going head-first into a boulder. It wasn't so bad before, but at this pace, it'll soon be hazardous.
